[Perlfect-search] Dynamic pages

I have a page:
http://www.domain.com/pls/portal30/CWEB.DYN_CITY_PROFILES_LIST.show which
contains a list of 2000 links in the format of:
http://www.domain.com/servlet/page?_pageid=1470&_dad=portal30&_schema=PORTAL30&cwp=DYN_CP_GENERAL_RPT_00&STATE_FIPS_CODE=40&FIPS_CODE=00100

can anyone think of any reason why the first page is being indexed, but the
links aren't being followed?
