[Perlfect-search] Use of uninitialized value in pattern match (m//) at line 191.

I'm getting this message -
Use of uninitialized value in pattern match (m//) at line 191.
- repeated four times every now and then. I'm not sure what the problem is
even after looking at the code (seems to be looking for meta tags). Any
ideas?
