thank you for your very quick response!

1) Now all URLs (with and without the ?-suffix) are displayed with the
"highlight-link" except the root-URL: e.g. http://www.mydomain.com (here is
the highlight-link still missing)

2)BTW: Are there any suggestions how to prevent showing the root-URL on a
multilingual website? With the exclude-tag I can exclude certain directories
e.g. /de/ or /en/ but how to exclude the (german) root-URL which is also in
the result list for the other language?
