[Perlfect-search] exclude not working

Hi!

I am running a bilingual (en/de) website. The files are in separated
directories:
e.g. www.mydomain.com/graz/de/files.php?navid=1 and
www.mydomain.com/graz/en/files.php?navid=1

I am using the exclude-tag to prevent showing the results of the wrong
language. Unfortunately the exclude-tag is ignored and all results are
displayed (en + de). Where is the problem?

I am using Perlfect 3.30 and the PHP-wrapper.

Thanks & best regards,
Michael

e.g. the german search form:

<form action="/graz/search/php_search.php" method="get">
                    <div align="center">
                      <input type="hidden" name="p" value="1">
                      <input type="hidden" name="lang" value="de">
                      <input type="hidden" name="include" value="">
                      <input type="hidden" name="exclude" value="/en/">
                      <input type="hidden" name="penalty" value="0">
                      <input type="hidden" name="mode" value="all">
                                          <input type="text" name="q" size="15" class="inputtext">
                                          <table border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="5" align="center">

                          <td>
