[Perlfect-search] Works in DOS, but not VIA web, what could be wrong?

I just downloaded the latest version of Perlfect
Search and installed per the directions. The search
works great via the DOS prompt, but won't bring back
anything if I try to submit over the web.

The script and directory both have execute
permissions. What could I be missing?
