[Perlfect-search] Follow up with error log when trying to run search.cgi

[Tue May 7 14:33:34 2002] [error] [client 65.25.35.113] Premature end
of script headers: /www/attheriver/cgi-bin/perlfect/search/search.cgi
Does the above error make sence to anyone as to what maybe wrong with my
script?
If I try using my default search_form.html page outside of cgi-bin..the
browser gets pointed to:
http://www.attheriver.org/cgi-bin/perlfect/search/search.cgi?p=1&lang=en
&include=&exclude=&penalty=0&mode=all&q=river
With the same error statement:
[Tue May 7 14:38:55 2002] [error] [client 65.25.35.113] Premature end
of script headers: /www/attheriver/cgi-bin/perlfect/search/search.cgi
So what does it mean to have a premature end of script header error?
Thanks all!
