[Perlfect-search] Exclude-Include

I want to exclude most of the files of a directory but include a few in
indexing. How can I do this with the easiest way. I kno I can write the
excludes in no-ndex file one by one. Is there an easier way because the
number of includes are much smaller than the excludes.
