[Perlfect-search] rename search.pl into search.cgi - Error

Hi
I installed the script - no problem.
My server allows only files with the suffix *.cgi, so I renamed search.pl
into search.cgi - but if I do this, I get an "Internal Server Error". If I
do'nt rename this file I get only the source code.
All permissions are set. Via telnet search.pl is executabel - have anyone an
idea?
