[Perlfect-search] Crontab file Question?

Getting this error emailed to me when I ran my first crontab on
indexer.pl
/bin/sh: /big/dom/xforeverkate/cgi-bin/perlfect/search/indexer.pl: Not a
directory
My crontab presently looks like this:
MAILTO=cron@foreverkate.com
5, 0 * * * /big/dom/xforeverkate/cgi-bin/perlfect/search/indexer.pl
I searched the mailing list and can up with this, is it right?
