[Perlfect-search] The php files are not indexed

[=?iso-8859-1?q?nicolas=20Rabine?=]

I can't succeed in indexing my php files. And I don't
understand why because I have this line in "conf.pl" :

@EXT = ("htm","html,"txt","doc","shtml","php","php3");

Moreover, I have enabled the http index mode, but only
the pages linked on the index.htm of the site can be
indexed.
SO how I can index pages that are one directory after
the document root directory?
