[Perlfect-search] install trouble: (ActivePerl + W2k + IIS5)

Hi all,
I've still have trouble installing the latest perlfect search 3.20 at my
system.
when i try to run the indexer.pl I always get this message:

</PRE>

I've successfully installed the DB_File with:
ppm install DB_File

But I always get the same error -  can anyone please help!
