[Perlfect-search] indexer.pl problems

Thanks Daniel!  I had an indexer_web error after that, copied that to the
install dir and the indexer worked!  The webpage form that came with perfect
3.20 beta did not work, however.  I just had to make a quick change to the
form's call of the cgi and added /perlfect/ to the path between cgi-bin and
search.  www.modemhelp.net is now perlfect!  ;)
