[Perlfect-search] indexing an searching for numbers -oops

Sorry, I composed a note, fixed the problem and sent the wrong note on. 

(The indexing problem was due to the word size setting.)

The real problem I wanted to write about is that I need to search on terms like
"205.163.40.2"

Is there anyway?
