[Perlfect-search] Permission <> inv_index

I have a very picky server (has Plesk).

I am trying to figure out the correct permissions to be able to get to the
inv_index.

The only error that I get is unable to find file inv_index, but it is there
and it is pointing the right one so I think it might be some type of
permissions thing.
