[Perlfect-search] umlaut-problem

hi list,
i have two questions (again):
first:
is it possible that your search_joker.pl is not able
to detect searchqueries like "*gert*" ?
the searchquery "*gerat*" works...but most people in germany
would like to use german-umlauts(?;-)
second:
if i search for the string "*gerat* i also get result-pages with
a string like "...gert..."(gerä), because indexing
converts this. if the search-script now wants to print out
the context, the string "gerat" cannot be found in the page (that is right),
but this page appears in the result-listing (some kind of false alarm).
maybe it be helpful to fix the indexing-script by including those umlauts,
what is your opinion?
best regards,
daniel
