[Perlfect-search] Is it possible to have multiple copies of perlfect on the same site?

What about allowing your users to search different areas of your site?
Possibly multiple no_index.txts' used by running perl
indexer.pl?no_index_1.txt or some such with the databases named differently
or stored in separate directories. The user can select which area to search
using a radio button on the form. My site is kinda large and I'd like to
separate the search. This may also help those on virtual servers who are
getting their indexer.pl shut down by their hosts since it can break up
indexing process into smaller chunks.
