[Perlfect-search] Problems while indexing

I`ve got problems while indexing the sites. The error is following: 'sdbm 
store returned -1, errno 22 blahblah :-)'.

Your FAQ says 

"On Unix: just type perl -MCPAN -e 'install DB_File' (as root)."

to fix that problem. Now I would like to know how to use this commandline 
parameter. What does "as root" mean=3F
