[Perlfect-search] Phrasing

Hi,

I've just starting using Perlfect and I've only just realised that it
doesn't support phrasing (using ""). Has anyone updated the code to
include phrasing, or could give me some help in writing a patch (I'm still
fairly new to perl too)?
