Installed successfully, have db_file already installed (this is a hosted =
site) and during the testing phase of setup.pl after probably 700 =
filenames had scrolled by, it all stopped, and 'killed' was shown =
underwhich information from setup.pl reflected that the indexer had not =
run successfully.  This 'killed' is probably a OS termination? Any =
thoughts?
